1. List the values that are central to the practice culture you want to cultivate. Who else should contribute to this list? (Partners? Staff? Your boss?)

2. Describe your vision for the practice culture.

3. What steps can you take to share these values and vision with others? (Post in staff room? Post in waiting room? Draft a patient bill of rights for your practice? Other?)

4. How can you incorporate these values and vision into:

a. The hiring process?

b. Performance evaluations?

c. Other aspects of your practice?
